Dave Jones

Dave Jones is the Owner/President of SERVPRO of Edmond. Dave graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Dave has 15 years of experience in the insurance and restoration industries. Over the course of his career with SERVPRO, Dave has obtained the IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certification, Applied Structural Drying Certification, Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician Certification, and the Commercial Drying Specialist Certification. He also holds a Lead Based Paint Certification.

Pam Donaldson

Pam Donaldson General Manager - Manages the Franchise office team with all accounting and administrative activities. She manages all aspects of franchise accounting and reporting. She ensures that all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation. At times she will develop and implement annual office administration plans and budgets to automate and improve office productivity. Using her skills, she trains and coaches all office personnel to efficiently perform all assigned tasks. Pam manages and improves customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer concerns. 

Kyle Alexander

Kyle Alexander is Vice President of Reconstruction Services for SERVPRO of Edmond.  With over 20 years experience in the construction industry and 17 years in Insurance Restoration, Kyle brings the knowledge needed to make the job run smoothly. Kyle graduated from Chapman University in 2002 with a degree in Criminal Justice.  Kyle relocated from California to Oklahoma in 2008 to join our SERVPRO team. Kyle's residential and commercial construction experience ensures that your project runs smooth and is completed in a timely manner.

Gayle fulfills a vital role in our operation.  As Job File Coordinator, Gayle ensures that all jobs are properly documented and billed in a timely manner.

Ronnie Davis

Ronnie Davis is an Estimator/Project Manager for SERVPRO of Edmond.  Ronnie brings nearly 20 years of industry experience to SERVPRO and is totally committed to ensuring that all of his customers are taken care of and billed correctly.

Gerald Thomas

Gerald Thomas is the Director of Marketing and Business Development for SERVPRO of Edmond and Team Jones.   Gerald graduated from Alcorn State University and is a retired Army Officer in which 10 of those years were spent as a Corp of Engineer Officer which entailed the management of various construction and reconstruction projects.    He has over 20 years of experience in sales management and marketing experience.  In his new role Gerald will be responsible for the development and growth of the sales team, sales and marketing strategy.    He is active in the community and is a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma.

Armando Mendoza

Armando Mendoza is the Large Loss Project Manager for SERVPRO of Edmond and Team Jones. Armando has 20 years’ experience in fire, water, mold, HVAC cleaning, in residential and commercial projects. Previous roles he has held include Large Loss Coordinator of multiple storm events, Operations Manager of 75+ employee restoration company, and General Manager of 10 million+ a year restoration company.  Notable projects include:

• Monahan’s Police Department/Monahans, TX-Fire Bomb Cleanup
