An overflowed toilet was a the reason for this bad water loss in a jewelry store. The owner of the business was just glad it wasn't stolen property insurance he was going to have to make a claim for.

Not knowing exactly what to do after the toilet overflowed he called his insurance agent who immediately told him to call SERVPRO of Edmond. He was glad he did so! We arrived within just a couple of hours and started the cleaning and restoration process. Some of the material had to be removed because of the content that was soaked up by the drywall. It will be replaced as soon as the insurance processes the rebuild estimate.
